Shipping & Returns

1.1 Shipping Way & Cost

For International customer: We support including but not limited: Ocean Shipment/ Air Shipment/ International Carrier like UPS/ DHL/ FedEx delivery, to all over the world
For Domestic customers: We support including both the express deliver and logistic delivery
The shipping cost depends on the different terms of the order, basically, we do not cover the shipping cost

1.2 Order Handing Time

For Samples Order:
3-7 days for normal samples (current samples without any hardware & software changes)
For OEM order:
25-30 days for repeat orders
25-45 days for first order depends on the order real situation
For the ODM order:
About 60-90 days depends on the project real situation after two parties assessment.

1.3 Delivery Tracking

Once the shipment start, we will send the B/L & AWB or tracking # to our customer via mail

1.4 Delay Shipping or No Shipping

For this situation, please feel free to contact our sales people or send us the mail to our after-sales department: info@joyhong.com

2.1 Returns Condition


The goods still in our warranty period and please contact our sale people firstly.

2.2 Return Process

Please pack the cargo correctly for the shipment, and send the PL & CI to us, together with the relating delivery tracking# as well.

2.3 Return Shipping Cost

For the shipping from customer to Joyhong, customer cover; for the shipping from Joyhong to customer, Joyhong cover.

2.4 Refund Handling

Once refund confirmed we will arrange the payment back within 7 working days. And also will send our customer the refund bank slip via mail
