Warranty Period

General Terms: The goods are provided with a one-year warranty service from the date of shipment from Joyhong.
Special Terms: Other terms added to the general terms will be based on the specific contract after the specific communication between the two parties for each order

Warranty Related Freight Costs

The customer shall bear the freight for returning the product to Joyhong. Joyhong will analyze the product after receiving the defective machine. If it is confirmed that it is a product quality problem, Joyhong will bear the return freight. If it is not a product quality problem, the customer shall bear the return freight.

Quality problems caused by force majeure and human factors, such as screen or shell damage, accessories lost, etc.

Warranty Response Reply

After receiving the customer's warranty request, our company will confirm the completion of the warranty within 3 working days, and complete the warranty and arrange shipment within 15 working days after confirmation
